在用英语说猪队友前，我们先来看看猪队友的一些典型特征:

1.They can never understand what you want them to do.

你给的工作任务，他们从来都听不懂。

2.They never ask any questions about the tasks you give, but never complete them successfully.

你给他们的任务，他们从不问问题，但从没做成功过。

3.They know nothing but pretend to know everything.

明明什么都不懂，还装作什么都会。

4.Full of curiosity, they'll ask many questions even if you just want them to grab a package.

好奇宝宝，就算你让他去取个快递，他也要问你一堆问题。

5.They have thousands of “theories”,but can do nothing well. 

各种理论一套套的，只是什么都做不好。

6.No matter how simple the task is, it'll be super complicated when they‘re involved.

再简单的事情，只要一经他们的手，就被搞得复杂无比。

7.Drag others down with extra troubles they make.

经常给你制造额外的麻烦，拖累他人。

8.Always pass the buck, full of excuses.

喜欢推卸责任，凡事都要找借口。

9.Double dealers.They act totally different when boss is out. 

两面派，老板一走，立马变了个人。

队友的英文有teammate, 还有ally 盟友，而猪指的是糟糕，可以说bad, terrible, horrible, horrific等，也可以用动词如suck等。实在不会说，还可以用笼统的词如dork傻子等来代替。

不过猪队友可以说得更形象，英文中有一个单词叫jackass，和idiot意思很接近，idiot是什么意思大家都晓得。

我们来看看英文里面对jackass这个词的解释《麦克米伦英汉双解词典》：

【1】a male donkey or wild ass 野驴、公驴；

【2】[informal] an insulting word for a stupid person （侮辱性用语）笨蛋、傻瓜、蠢驴；

跟jackass相关的一个表达是jackass of all trades:

Jackass of all trades describes someone who is exceptionally bad at everything. It is very hard to work with this kind of person because they are likely to screw up everything in process but would never admit that it's their problem.

Jackass of all trades用来描述什么都做不好的人。跟这一类人共事很难，因为他们可能搞砸一切进展中的事情，而且还死不认账。

例子：

Stefan is a dork. Give him anything to do and he'll screw it up. Jackass of all trades.

Stefan真是蠢不可及，给他什么事儿，他都能搞砸。真是“砸锅专业户”。

这个戏虐的表达方式来源于英语俗语"Jack of all trades, master of none"，说的是，Jack这个人什么都懂一些，但哪方面都不精通，翻译过来就是“事事通，事事松”。

比外，工作中的猪队友也可能是问题员工problem employee.

例子:

Confidence and self-esteem in the workplace can go a long way. Too much of either, though, and you may end up being the dreaded "problem employee."

工作中的自信和自尊可以让你成功。但是任意一种个性太多都会让你成为“问题员工”。
